WORKSHOP – INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATION
This hands-on workshop will introduce participants to the stakeholders mapping and analysis process for an international project. Participants will also have the opportunity to draft a messaging strategy for the target audiences of their own projects. If you are considering to participate, you can expect an open discussion where everyone will have the opportunity to share their own experiences and knowledge.
The workshop is lead by José Rodríguez who has 12 years of combined experience in project management, marketing communications, and innovation.. He is also the author of IETM’s publication “To Sell or Not To Sell? An Introduction to Business Model Innovation for Arts and Cultural Organisations” (2016)
